Supplier had a very high level of support and feedback and responded very fast. I felt secure during the whole process. Shipment information was detailed and continuously updated Delivery was a little bit delayed due to war-problems within the Suez channel. The products are very modern with LCD info on each battery. The only things that we are missing is a more detailed manual for the app or more info inside the app to better understand what the information is saying/showing us.

delivered promptly. I haven’t used it out but I’m impressed with the build quality and the product sheet/manual. Clear parameters and graphs for charging, discharge and even graphs for cold weather operations. Top notch service.
